100 Double Unders Each
*Run – together


**Row – Switch every 10cal

***Burpees – Alternate every rep

*Rx Must jump on to the box, don’t have the open hips

**Jump Rope at the same time but can’t start the next round until both are finished

*Scale for Double Unders is Single Unders 1:1
