CrossFit Kids

The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). But, despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids program is still on FUN.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether they play sports. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.

What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids lays the foundation for a lifelong love of fitness where kids gain confidence and learn teamwork through games that teach safe, functional movements.  Each class is different, so kids never get bored.  There’s always something new to master and the novelty of each new workout keeps them excited about participating.

CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12)

The fundamentals of CrossFit are introduced at this level — box jumps, burpees, wall balls, throwing, swinging, pulling, etc.  At this age, children build strength through safe, repetitive motion emphasizing body-weight movements. This class steps up the intensity but still keeps things fun.  Kids work in teams or against the clock to complete fun full-body workouts.  This class is perfect for those that want to build overall conditioning for a specific sport, or those that are still searching for their sport.

Class Structure:

Classes are 45 minutes in length. Each class includes a warm-up, a skill of the day, and a game. Though these classes are in a group format, your unique child will be challenged on an individual level with all the benefits of a group environment.

 Class Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:15-4:00 pm

**Note:  There are no make-up classes.

  2. Download, fill out and return all paperwork in the CrossFit Kids Parents Letter .
  3. Read the welcome email and how to reserve your spot for class.

 

Payment Plans:

Single Visit/Drop-In… $15

Monthly Plan… $99

  • Plan is month-to-month and auto-renews monthly. There are no contract requirements for kids. All cancellations or hold requests need to be made via email 7 days prior to the billing date which is the 1st of each month. Requests made after the payment date will be issued a refund less a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued based on lack of attendance. Please feel free to contact us if you have a special circumstance that bears consideration.
