1. Come Check Us Out
As much as we could tell you about CrossFit, there’s no better way than to experience it first hand. We hold free workouts open to all fitness levels and ages 16 and up. Free CrossFit classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm.
If neither of those times work well for you, send us an email and we’ll schedule a free intro workout with you.
During your first free CrossFit class, you will be briefly introduced to the CrossFit principles and guided through the warm-up and then put through a scaled down workout. Many people think they are in good shape or think they are in bad shape, it is all irrelevant to us. What matters is your desire for results and willingness to work.
2. CrossFit Elements
CrossFit Elements is your entry portal to our group training. We take getting in shape, break it down to it’s core, and focus on high intensity, high energy, circuit-style conditioning. In addition, we take the time to teach the fundamentals of complex movements essential to CrossFit, essential to fitness, essential to LIFE. It is here in CrossFit Elements where you will not only get in the best shape of your life, but begin to learn the skills required to train in our advanced group classes. This is ideal for beginners because we strive for high quality of coaching and training. But make no mistake that even the most experienced of members find CrossFit Elements extremely challenging!
Already An Experienced CrossFitter?
If you have already been crossfitting either on your own or at another box, you can bypass the elements course by passing our skills test. This is nothing hard, just a run through of the basic skills we use day to day in our regular classes. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule.
