Today we will be holding our 3rd Annual Rep’n 4 Racks Fundraiser!

This WOD is dedicated to a CFPT family member, Ana Fuentes, who was diagnosed with breast cancer May 11, 2012. Come support her along with the rest of the strong women who are fighting the battle with breast cancer.
Please invite family/friends! And come decked out in as much pink as you can handle walking out the door wearing!

ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE NATIONAL BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION.

A. 5×2 pause clean. (3sec hold at the knee on the way up) Heaviest possible but no misses!
B. 5×3 CleanJerk. (Squat clean straight into a split jerk – like a thruster )
C. Clean Pull 3×3 @ 100-110% (controlled pull until power position then EXPLODE. Hold on to bar and control all the way to the floor. Touch and go if possible. )
